MailAmericas schedules bi-weekly return deliveries directly to the seller.
Choose one of the following:
A) Pick up at Warehouse
Address: 9910 NW 21st Street, Miami, FL 33172
Schedule: First week of each month (delivering packages accrued in the prior month; e.g., first week of August → July packages)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
ID: Present the registered seller name at arrival.
B) Ship via Preferred Courier

With this information, MailAmericas will issue the return label and consolidate your shipment. Dispatch cadence:
Monthly: First week of the month → prior month’s packages
Bi-weekly: First week of the month → second half of the prior month’s packages2.1 Sellers with Pick-Up Service
MailAmericas schedules bi-weekly return deliveries directly to the seller.
Packages not picked up and without courier instructions will be destroyed after 15 calendar days of storage.
